This is wonderful. I love how the nearly washed out colors make the red rope, the green paint, and the deep blue shadow pop.
It looks so dry, yet the subject matter looks like it has seen many years of salty water.
Contrasting, ironic, it invites you to think about the surrounding circumstances.

My apologizes but what really caught my attention was the black and white borders. Those boders added about 15% to the picture. I really like viewing your photography as a whole as time goes on. Its gettign cooler and cooler!
