Description
this is an experiment photograph.. I was experimenting with motion photography for my final art gcse exam. I have no idea how to do it (the settings on the camera) but =LordGonz helped me with some bits. So I gave it a try and I came up with this photo, which actually creeps me outI will be experimenting with more motion photography!

impressive, that is quite intense,
I like the result, it does have a ghostly feel to it.

And as I can understand this is a long exposure photo, correct?

well... it IS creepy! lol but it looks good!
The diference between long exposure and double exposure is: long exposure is when the shatter remains open for some seconds in which you make for example a movement, and the movement is written on the film (or in this case the camera's memory). Double exposure is when you take a photo and then take another one over it. I think digital cameras don't have this opportunity, for you may bring the photos together in photoshop. But in cameras with film you get this opportunity (not all of them either, mostly the old ones had this). When using film you could also make a douple printing to produce this kind of effect, which means that when printing you printed two photos one over the other.
I hope you understood anything from what I said!

ah, well..
long exposure = giving the cam more time to take the picture
double exposure (usually only works with film cameras, I think) = taking a picture and then taking another one on the same bit of film
