Description
Somewhere there's a place where the sunlight is filtered, the hills roll like waves, the flowers bloom all year long in thick carpets of buds, and they are as big as trees. This world only exists until you distance yourself from it, and it becomes just a picnic blanket sprinkled with fallen floral bursts. But that blanket is my hidden paradise, a portal to worlds new, intriguing, fascinating, unusual and brilliant, for that blanket is where I sit to read and draw.Related content

Very cool. Like another commenter, I thought this was moss until I read the description. Certainly gives the impression of beautiful rolling hills very well.

I love it, it has intrigue, it has technique
A recommendation would be to forego the white hairline border - unless you really dislike a straight out black border - and simple increase the border size
This is going into favs!

Thanks for the comment and the fav! I don't dislike a straight black border - I've used that many times before - I just felt that this wanted something more...I think what I really like about it is the way sharpness of the hairline creates an ultra-focused foreground that contrasts with the distance in the photo, hence accentuating the title.

Wonderful idea Sir! Quite meaningful, and it even took me a second to realize what it all was .... Can I join you in your hidden paradise?

I thought it was moss to begin with, so I was a bit disappointed to discover it wasn't! Nice shot though, simple and bright.
