Description This canal draws the eye to the pergoda and leads you along the way. I liked the simplicity of the structure and of the pots.

IR means Infrared, and if you want to know what I mean you might want to check out this deviation [link]

wow, did check out the link - thankyou. that was beautiful. I know i'm a bit thick (but bear with me, i have only been taking photos for a couple of months), and i don't have filters, but what does that infrared lens do. I thought it would have put some colouring into the picture. sorry to be so naive

A IR filter blocks al visible light. IR light passes through. The CCD chip of the cam transforms this into a "B&W" image.

I love the lines here. This would look took in B & W or color I would think. There's a little bit of tilt to the right... may just be lens distortion. Anyway, great photo nonetheless.

This local looks so peaceful and pleasent. Is this the building which holds the 'man-made web'?

Can't you tilt it back in Photoshop? This shot really deserves to be just right, considering the composition was based on that beautiful simmetry...

I could do it for you, if you want... but since you're the photographer, you'll probably want to control the crop to your liking.

Nice! Good structure and a very interesting layout. The slight tilt makes me wanna lean just a little - but cool shot.

thanks. Yeah, i noticed the slight tilt to the right too - didn't want to pay to go in the garden an shoot again tho!! But i thought for all the people that lean too much to the left it might help them to become a little more upright by being pulled with the picture to the right
