Here is a card model of the French Renault FT-17 tank. I built it from a set of ready to cut out components purchased here: [link]After construction, I weathered the model with coloured markers.

Guess it depends on what you would call a long time. I work on these things as well as other projects so I don't tire myself out concentrating too long on the same thing. (I'm also easily distracted.)

Thanks very much. It would be neat to see you do a tank model out of cans and sheet metal. (I may have suggested that once long ago)

Yeah there are a few projects I'd like to have a go at but since the middle of last year I seem to have lost my mojo and I'm finding it hard to get motivated about anything creative.

Looking at other people's work often motivates me because it looks like fun and I want to have some too.

Once you have the files you can print out as many as you can screw up.
I sometimes convert the patterns into jpgs so I can alter the colours with Corel Photopaint. That's how I was able to make the Fokker Dr.1 flown by the legendary "Ochre Baron." [link]
