Okay, so almost a half year after getting told to do so, I am submitting this strange creature of darkness for the world (who cares?) to see.
Deep sea life is incredibly fascinating, and we know so infinetely little about it. It's huge, dark And litterally surrounding us. And we haven't got a clue what's going on.
A few months ago I read Der Schwarm (The Swarm, 2004) by Frank Schätzing, and it was one of those books I just couldn't put down, and felt rather lost when it ended.
This soft pastel thing is more a quick sketch without putting much thought into displaying a real anglerfish, but it surely was a fun excuse to to draw on black cardboard.
