Description
You asked for it repeatedly so I finally made it. Download for the .zip archive and extract the tutorial.Level: intermediate. Requires a graphics tablet and average knowledge of Photoshop tools and how to use them.

This is exactly what I wanted! Most tuts start hair from scratch and I want to practice augmenting hair in a photo to look ' painted '... but no tablet. Can this possibly be done with a mouse and do you have any Tuts you'd suggest along that line? Thanks for addressing this - it looks great!
