Oh! I make these on Photoshop whenever I'm allowed to use the computer! I thought it was a photo editing software but it's what everybody in school uses so okay I just change the little icon at the top from a circle to a pencil and I draw! ^¥^

Well jeez, chill : p Your "idol" huh?
You can draw anyone you want, I had no problems with it! Just say who's character it is (like you did with this one) and it'll be fine
Cygwin and Sarah are both in my top favorites for characters of mine. So, good choices!
If you enjoy talking to me so much, would you want to talk to me outside of DA so my replies aren't so slow? I barely check this twice a week or so, and talking to me seems to make you happy.
Also, yes, you are the first to draw fan art. Feel free to draw anyone in my gallery
