I heard when Line Rider first came out that someone made it during class or something like that, and I think that the website would catch it if someone was illegally posting it and claiming it as their own, and besides, it's not like it's doing any harm. How didn't you know that she didn't create the game and then build the website off of it? As should be obvious, this is an older beta-version of the game that's on the website. How could she steal the beta-version if it's not on the site? Especially if there's no way to contact the site (the only way to get the flash). Logic says that you didn't think this out well.
