What's the secret to building abs that are bigger than your fist? Coregasms. Every day is ab day for Lilly; she's been hooked on coregasms ever since she first tried training her abs to exhaustion. The only downside is that sometimes they're too intense. Her massive legs provide enough weight for her to train her abs just with leg raises, but it also means that if she can't maintain her grip, she'll fall to the floor like a 300-pound sack of potatoes. Lilly got kicked out of a gym once for having a near-blackout screamer after a brutal 3-hour ab session. A bunch of people rushed over to help her, and she really didn't have a good way to explain that she was: 1. completely fine 2. completely flushed and 3. reeking of spunk and sweat. Needless to say, the gym manager was not pleased.

And yes, I've decided that Lilly is a profuse sweater because she's so heavy. (If Phil Heath was her size, he'd have to weigh 450 pounds in contest shape.) Despite being in really good shape, she sweats profusely while exercising and is hot to the touch after a moderate warm-up. She has a better heart and lungs than an Olympic swimmer, but she can only run 3 miles max on a good day, and she huffs and puffs while she walks normally. She's basically a super-fit fatso because she's so ridiculously overmuscled.
