I do think a bit more hip in the gap between her waist and left thigh might be good to make her look a bit more solid three-dimensionally. I do like her sultry expression though.

The pose is directly ripped out of the dance I linked to. Her hand is just kinda...there. Doing nothing. The reference didn't show a ton of hip, and she's kinda stocky skeleton-wise like Hayley is, so I just kinda went with it.
tl,dr: Just watch the dance dangit! XD Pose frame is at like 2:26 I think.

Things to note: In the dance, she's extending a leg toward the camera, and her waist is basically upright rather than arched. Her arm is a bit more relaxed, which helps put off any accusations of naughtiness (even if they are in jest.) The way the leg connects seeming slightly different is in part due to the difference in waist angle, to be sure.
I mean I like the drawing though. Don't hear me saying otherwise!

I meant specifically with regards to Hayley. Of course you can't see over your shoulders when your shoulders go over your head. You'd need to be able to see above your own eyes silly.
