Mable, thinking quick, snaps her fingers to remove the physical belt from Rosie as the living latex begins to wrap around the duo. The last thing she needed was for Dr Kyle or others to know about the belt. She needed it for blackmail, and she would lose her upper hand if the information got out too quickly, or to too many people, and once her hands got wrapped up, she wouldn't be able to remove the belt and the jig would be up.
