This mad scientist canine is Ruff's great great great great great great grandfather. I'm pretty sure there were six greats. He lived in Hammond Castle (claimed to be haunted by ghost cats) with the famous inventor John Hayes Hammond. One of his clever inventions is disguised as a dog toy that looks like a golfer cat. To reveal the invention, you must in Ruffael's words, tickle the cat under its chin, say "What a pretty puss-puss," and kiss it. Once you've done all that, the dog toy transforms into the Fetch 100. Another invention he created was an interactive talking portrait of himself activated by the push of a button. He only appeared in two episodes. Season 1 episode 9 and season 5 episode 11.
