What happened to the stripes on the grass?
I think you should add them back in and take out the stripes on the road.
Also there's a big difference between the the person at the top right hand corner and the little people. lol
Good stuff so far though. Looking forward to the game.

There's an error on the hills behind the tree in the lower left corner and the hills between the red and blue houses

Put stripes on the grass, big thick ones, that way it can scroll nicely when you move without fucking with the speed of the game. Also you won't have to draw texture. Nice sprites

Nice! I don't think you actually need to texture the grass though, the style you have created is very smooth, and since the houses aren't textured I don't reckon the grass should be either.

I think the grass needs something though, its very bland at the moment and almost blends in with the tree's.
