Description
Saddens me to hear Christopher Reeve died today , a big inspiration to me especially when I was about 4 years old when everytime I took off my dappy plastic national health glasses I thought could fly, I remember when first Superman movie came out. my Mum bought me the first ever Superman comic which was reprinted around the same time, wish I still had it. Over the years I kind of disliked Superman perhaps it's something to do with Dean Cane (total rubbish) or that skinny girly version of Clark Kent that's around now(even I could beat him at arm wrestling)or perhaps it's got something to do with Frank Millers Dark Knight version which depicted him as Reagans errands boy.The mid to late 80's bought out the cynic in everybody guess Superman for all his clean living had to pay the price at some point.Christopher Reeve had all the right ingrediants to play Superman, he was noble and a gentleman all the right inspirations to a four year old kid, now looking back I think his Clark Kent is the greatest as he is one of the most human characters to grace cinema screens. It is good to know that some people no matter how tough the odds are against them have the guts and the spirit to try and turn things around so he can help others I raise a glass to Christopher as he will be missedRelated content

Thanks for the link, it was so lovely, the finished piece!
It's nice to know how loved both Supe and Chris are by all!
I always kinda liked miss Tessmaker myself, she didn't take crap off of Lex and she knew the score, even if she was lying to herself about the final balance of the sum.

The First Time I Saw That Movie I Also Thought That One Day I'll Be Able To Fly Someday , It Was Sad When He Fell From That Horse , And It Was Sad That He Died , But a Deviation Like That One Proves That Actually He'll Never Die....He Still Lives In Your Heart And Alot More Around The World , He's Superman After All ....
And To Be Honest , With Your Art ...I Think u r Allready Flying....

Woah thank you man! You are right, a guy like that with his spirit and detirmination lives on generations after his death, no matter what journolists and scummy people try to write and descredit people after they die (which seems to be a habit of there profession) here's one case were his actions spoke louder than words, as he may of got the cure to spinal injuries in motion.
