Not Dead Days, but I do work in vector from time to time and I use that exact technique. Great minds man, great minds...

well the black lines of the drawing aren't actually single vector lines.. they're shapes. i have more control over the thickness and what not that way

nifteh. I use illustrator and find it odd to use. flash is much better.

i actually use photoshop
i haven't used illustrator enough to get the hang of it.. i really should though
