The Moon!!! Like the other G-Girl dolls, The Moon is made of cotton weaves, with hand-painted and hand-embroidered details. Outfit and shoes are removable, earrings are attached with magnets. Hair is made of a nifty white yarn with silver thread laced throughout.Interesting fact about The Moon: guys seem to like her. Which is horribly confusing to me, 'cause I tried the whole, sad, vulnerable, needs-to-be-rescued thing in high school and it totally didn't work. Guys didn't dig it. In fact, I think they were repelled by it. Something repelled them anyway.

Well,I can explain why it didn't work. See,guys want to rescue the girl,but the thing is,after you're "rescued" you're supposed to be happy. Which means if you're still depressed and sad and "need to be rescued",dudes get the idea they didn't do it right and now feel like some kind of chump. I'm always down with cheering someone up,but if they're determined to be sad,there's not a lot to be done,you know?
To put it simply,guys want you to be happy they're around,not that you're a complete and hopeless mess who'll never be able to do anything on their own. We want to improve your life,not be a crutch. Well,the good ones do. If a guy's ruining your self-esteem,it's probably cause he's too insecure and thinks you'll leave him if you get better. Or he's looking to squeeze you for everything he can get. Or he's just insensitive or oblivious that he's hurt your self-esteem.

I -love- that shiny hair! The skates are so amazing. Magnetic earrings is such a great idea, I've always used velcro for clothing attachments but 'tis a pain to sew and it's ugly to boot. XD
