This is a very nice picture. I like the way your background works with the picture, I think anything busier would have taken away from the girl.
Although, around the lips it seems really fuzzy like it had been photoshop'd to blend in better. It just needs to be a bit lighter. The only other thing I'd say is that the black border around the photo itself is a bit too big for my taste...I like thin borders, because a thicker border with no textures or anything appealing is a bit obnoxious to the eye.
