If you're talking about the colored pencils and not the white outline, it's pretty easy! But you may need to apply a little more pressure, and just keep building layers of white until it's the shade you want. If that doesn't work, perhaps it's the paper. For the outline outside the vulpix I used a Sakura gelly roll pen. ^v^
