Well, look who decided to actually sit down and draw something traditional for once?

This is practice for an Art assessment of mine that is coming up and I wanted to get into the practice of using my Copics. Funny enough, this actually turned out better than my first attempt (it's on my Facebook Page if you want to check it out) where I made Minka look like someone from The Simpsons Oops.

I wanted to post this up mainly to show you all my new eye style for feral creatures, since I think the circle-like eyes were too plain and I wanted to change it to seem similar to my human eye-style, and this is what happened. If you all prefer my circle-eyes, I don't mind going back to them, but I want to give this eye-style a chance at least.

There's not that much I will say here that I won't bring up in my next journal, so I won't say much more except that I am quite proud of myself in the sense that I did manage to draw traditionally and get it quite close to my original style.

Please don't point out that mistake I made on the lineart over Minka's knee. I haven't drawn traditonally in a while, I have very shaky hands, and Milo intruded in just as I was lining that part.

I might make a digital version of this too... Hmm... We shall see...
