Here is another commission for

Rabbot-Zilla is actually quite the deep dive from the Archie Sonic the Hedgehog comic series, Super Sonic Special #12 in which Zonic takes Sonic to an alternate reality where the Overlanders accidentally turned Sonic and his friends into Kaiju sized monsters similar to Godzilla. Sonic helped them detain the monsterized Mobians before being sent back home and a fanfic continued the story from there as Rabbot-Zilla was experimented on and shrunk back down into this form before being liberated and set free for revenge against Sonic Prime, now going by the name Mechanical Healer Smorger.

Here is a continuation of that fanfic where Smorger finally finds Sonic and wants revenge for everything that happened to her and her friends, that Sonic helped to defend. They also wanted Bunnie Rabbot to show up at the end to see her alternate reality counterpart, and said we could use our version from A Sly Encounter, so that was pretty cool :3

Fanfic in question: What if the Chaos Emeralds had other effects?Out of all the power sources in Mobius, none have exceeded that of the Chaos Emeralds. The emeralds are said to hold vast power with just one giving the user access to unlimited power and abilities from powering machines to warping through time and space. All seven of them combined will gain the user unlimited power and energy. Even without their abilities, the emeralds have fallen prey to treasure hunters for their beauty and rarity. However even great power can bite back with lethal force. In one of the multiple realities where Sonic has traversed, he came across a world where the counterparts of him and his friends were turned into kaiju like beasts. The reason? A scientist named Dr. Ivo Kintobor conducted an experiment on a Chaos emerald which involved splitting the jewel in two. The split released radiation hidden within the emerald that it altered the DNA into much of the Mobian population, mutating them into mindless giant monsters. Thanks to Sonic's intervention but with a heavy heart, the hedgehog managed to retrieve one of the emerald pieces which was installed into a giant robot, capable of protecting the surrounding cities from the monsters. Nothing much was informed about that certain reality later but now in this reality, the humans still got curious over what other powers the Chaos Emerald included. She spun in and out of consciousness every now and then, but now she saw herself attached to some sort of table or slab of something. She had no internal thoughts, no reasoning, just to consume and destroy. But she also had memories of being in the city and a certain blue blur. They called her Rabbotzilla. But that wasn't her name, was it? Rabbotzilla was one of the many monsters as a result of the Chaos Emerald Splitting test. But when she attacked the city during one of her mindless destructions, she had the unfortunate meeting with Sonic the Hedgehog from the Prime Universe. The hedgehog used his ability to melt a section of asphalt causing the girl to lose her footing and become entrapped in a hot sticky pit of tar. After Sonic left, the humans grabbed the giant monster and took her into a lab to experiment on her where she remained since. Rabbotzilla wasn't really her name. She was Bunnie Rabbot. Just a mindless monster, created from the radiation of a chaos emerald. Since then, all she remembered was being subjected to experiments, robotized even more and even had her organs ripped out to study her mutation. Every time she felt pain, she could remember the time that the blue hedgehog entrapped her that day and she never forgot, never forgive. She hear a door opening and some scientists emerged into the room. "Yes, how's our rabbit doing so far?" The head scientist asked. "GRRRRRRRR!!! ROAR!! *Snap!*" "Mr. Thomson?" One of the assistants asked, "I don't know how many experiments we can attempt. Yes, this girl, nicknamed Rabbotzilla trashed our city, but I still feel sorry for what we're doing to her in return." "I have to agree with Lisa," Another scientist added, "These experiments seem like more like they're coming straight out of a horror movie." "I know we had some inhumane moments and setbacks, but I can assure you once they're done, we can release her back into the wild." Thomson said, "She'll never attack the city again." "Yeah and that's what worries me." The second scientist muttered. "Okay," Thomson said getting ready, "How's our rabbit doing today?" She could do nothing but growl and cry out. It was another day of experimentation with her mutation. "Glad to hear, okay everyone. Let's start the reduction machine." Bunnie knew what that was, it was a machine that can shrink and enlarge objects. She saw it in the labs where it was tested on a few mice and food. She didn't think she was going to be subject to experiment. Before she knew it, the ray from the machine hit her and she was instantly reduce to normal human height. "Alright everyone." Thomson said, "We're going to do some lobotomy and see if the chaos emerald mutation has any affects on her brain." "Lobotomy?! Lisa gasped, "Thomson! You never told us we were going to do this!! This is way beyond inhumane. This is madness." "Madness?" Thomson asked, "This is simply pure science. If we want to learn more about the monsters, we need to know what motivates them." "You can do it if you want, but I want no part in this horrific work!" Lisa said, and with that she left the room in a huff. Not long after, all the other scientists left, leaving Thomson the only one left. "*sigh* They'll understand." Thomson said, "I just need a little time to experiment. Okay my dear, let's see what's in that brain of yours." Bunnie saw Thomson prepare a syringe needle which was placed next to a laser that she knew all too well what it was for. However before the scientist could start, the lights suddenly went out and the machinery went quiet. "Huh? What is this? What's going on?" Before he had a chance to react, all of a sudden, someone or something swooped in and stabbed the doctor in the chest, ending his life. "Hello?" Bunnie asked once she realized she could speak normally again, "Who's there? Whoever you are, show yourself!" However soon after, the unknown assailant swooped away and the lights were back on revealing the mess in the lab and the body of the scientist. This was so odd for her, a mysterious assailant swooped in and saved her. Now she had to get out of there before someone found out. Bunnie raced out of the lab but not before putting on a lab coat to disguise herself in the bathroom. "What have they done to me?" Bunnie asked looking at herself in the mirror. "Haven't the humans done enough, doesn't their curiosity wane?" Once she was fully disguised, she walked down the corridor hoping to find a way out when she heard noises coming from another lab. "No! ACK! Get away, keep away from me!!" "But darling, just one kiss please? A kiss would do." Without hesitation, Bunnie kicked the door open and saw Amy Rose trying to kiss another scientist. Amy had also been mutated by the emerald splitting incident, but Bunnie didn't realize that the humans abducted her as well. She streaking in her fur pattern with hearts in her eyes. "Amy!" Bunnie shouted and all of a sudden one of her hands turned into an arm cannon and spat out a smoke ball spewing out blinding smoke. Bunnie ran in, located Amy with her special vision and got her out of the room. "Amy!" Bunnie said once they were in a safe hallway, "How did you get here? I thought you and the others were still on knothole island after that whole multiverse fiasco?" "Oh, OOOHH is that what happened?" Amy asked, "I can't remember much. Well none of us could since the Emerald splitting incident. But I think what I can piece together is that the humans used their new robot that looks like Sonic to do experiments on us. Take them to our base I think." "What the heck happened to you?" Bunnie asked. "Experiments duh? Perhaps they increased my passion within me. I can hardly control my inner desires or love. Especially for you." Bunnie suddenly found Amy trying to kiss her right when she found another door marked 'records.' She picked the lock and the girls peeked inside. "Say, what are we looking for again?" "If you and the rest were captured, I want to find out what are the humans planning and what they want to do with us. It can't be a coincidence." Rummaging through the archives of the lab, Bunnie and Amy continued looking through old files, book reports, and a few medical doctrines. Eventually Amy found a book in one of the boxes titles 'Top Secret: Kaiju files.' "Hey Bunnie!" Amy called, "I found something." Bunnie found the book and smiled, "Great. Thank you so much Amy." Quickly she opened the file and one of the notes caught her attention. Progress Report: February 16, XXXX Although we are gaining new data for Chaos Emerald Mutation research from our test subjects, the process we're using to gain them is beginning to look more like a horror movie. If I am clear, a lot of things have started going downhill the day we split that chaos emerald in half. Mutation spread rapidly throughout our world while us humans were in the clear, many of the Mobians got the worst end, some died from radiation poisoning, but a select handful of them were mutated into giant kaiju beasts. Everything changed when a mysterious stranger who looked like one of the kaijus we were fighting arrived through a mysterious portal and defeated those beasts while retrieving an emerald half. Before he left, our leader; Dr. Ivo Kintobor constructed a new giant robot powered by the emerald and used it as a fighting chance against the monsters. But in the aftermath of all this, sometimes I wished the kaijus got to us when they had the chance. With the chaos emeralds power, we doubled our robotic research and defeated every last kaiju. The creatures were taken back to our base, the outpost here on Knothole Island. We've conducted experiments, blood samples, tissue, x-rays, reducing them to our height, some scientists have plucked teeth and claws out for further studies but I'm inclined to think otherwise. Every night, when I leave the lab, I heard howls, growls and combinations of wailing and screaming. The noises are still pegged into my head, even when I sleep. I don't know what they are feeling at this moment, our curiosity turned them into those creatures and instead of helping them, we've turned them into giant sized guina pigs. Kintobor claims that we're doing this for the betterment of humankind, but I don't know. Every time I hear those screams I just want to curse my race for doing this to them. Appalled at the report, Bunnie continued looking at the files until she saw a inventory of how many of her friends were in there. "Curiosity really did kill the cat." Bunnie sighed, "Or in this case, mutate the cat." Inventory of test subjects: Test Subject #1321 (Miles 'Tails' Prower)Info: Mutation has shown significants in flight prowess. Subject's fur has turned black/grey while growing a set of bat-like wings increasing flight capabilities. Because of the bat DNA incorporated in the subject's body, the subject grows submissive during the mid-day. Subject has also shown to change gender at will, possibly due to future breeding. Studies show he or she is more active at night because of the altered eyes. Further experiments are required if necessary for better robot combat. Test Subject #8193 (Amy Rose)Info: Mutation on the subject is less physical but more mental, however from blood tests we can see DNA of hedgehog and a wolverine. The subject's eye color has also changed from green to pure yellow in the pupils, eyeballs and irises, possibly a side effect of the mutation. She has gained an immense desire to mate or to find a perfect guy, even some of our scientists have gotten the attention of the scatter brained hedgehog. Observation from distance is recommended. Test Subject #9149 (Knuckles the Echidna)Info: The constitution of the subject appears to be an echidna and an octopus. We should know as the subject's hair are octopus tentacles, currently unsure if he is controlling them with his mind. Although his strength has unchanged, the subject seems to perceive everything from rocks to note boards as something he needs to protect. Eyes were eventually scarred when he tried to protect a bottle of acid but the desire still remains strong. Test Subject #2681 (Rotor Walrus)Info: Subject is considered the most dangerous of the kaijus, not only in his knowledge to build but to destroy as well. Much of his body is covered in facial and body burns, perhaps from fighting someone or something. We had to cover the burns up with bandages and a self-healing outfit, even installed pipes in his head to keep his insides from burning up. The subject tends to do what he needs to do but doesn't communicate as much as before. Test Subject #4172 (Sally Acorn)Info: This subject has had the most dramatic change out of the others. Post-mutation, subject has scorned all sorts of technology in favor of magic. This change in behavior is currently unknown. We do know that the subject's eyes has been scared leaving only yellow eyeballs in the wake. She surrendered willingly and we have seen her experiment more on spells. We are inclined to believe she only wanted to be captured just to study magic further. Test Subject #6761 (Sonic the Hedgehog)Info: Shares the same body structure and abilities as the similar Kaiju that Sonic prime terminated. During mutation, one half of the chaos emerald fragment has fused with the organism. The energy from the emerald has given the user enhanced speed and durability but we conclude at the cost of his humanity. Studies have shown that the emerald is connected with the subject's heart and possible removal of the emerald will result in termination. We have to continue our studies with caution to prevent subject from expiring. She continued looking to see if Antione was still alive, but sadly when she got to his file, there was only a big stamp print labeled 'deceased.' Antione didn't survive the initial mutation and he was dead because the humans were curious. Watching Bunnie, Amy began to realize that she saw something upsetting to her. "Bunnie?" Amy asked. "Let's go." Bunnie said quietly, "We need to free the others and fast. They are the only ones we have left." With the files in hand, Bunnie and Amy left the records room in search of their friends. Luckily, the files had the locations of which room their friends were located. The girls traveled from one hallway from the next and then found the room where Tails was held. Bunnie kicked the door open and they found Tails held in captivity in a glass box. "Hold on there dear." Amy said, "I'll get you out." Using an ax lying on the table, Amy destroyed the box and got Tails out. But the moment he/she stepped out, Tails became increasingly timid. "EEEKK!!" Tails whimpered. "What's wrong now?" Bunnie asked. "It's the light! It's so blinding. EEEK!!" "What happening?" Amy asked. "It must be the Bat DNA." Bunnie concluded, "Whatever's affected Tails with the wings and fur, it must've infected his eyes as well. His eye-" "I'm female now." "Excuse me, her eye sensitivity has dramatically increased." Just as the girls were wondering what to do with Tails, Amy spotted something on the desk nearby. "Wait, I think I found an answer." She grabbed a dusty old visor and put it on Tails' eyes. Soon after, Tails began to see clearly and her personality changed. "Woo, ho yeah! Yeah! I'm here and I'm ready! Let's do this. Let's get out of here and escape to freedom!" "Is it just me or has Tails completely changed her persona?" Amy asked. "She can see now, so her sight has improved. It makes sense that her bravery has increased as well." Bunnie said, "Come on, we still need to find the others." One by one, Bunnie and Amy found the rest of their friends, each of them were contained or about to be contained in glass containers or cages. Knuckles was first followed by Rotor, Sally Acorn and finally Sonic himself. But as she looked at the sight of her friends and herself, she could only feel despair and anger. Anger at the humans for starting all of this all because they were curious and they were the ones who had to suffer for it. Both Knuckles and Sally had burns on their eyes possibly due to experiments they experienced. Rotor had so much burns and bruises that he had to wear protective clothing and bandages all over himself. He even had pipes sticking out of his head, something about cooling off his insides. As for Sonic, all Bunnie knew was that his mental state was destroyed completely since he was fused to the emerald in his chest. "Why?" Bunnie asked as they walked down the hallways of the lab, "Why were we the ones to suffer throughout this? Why are we the ones to hurt when the humans get off scot free? It's so not fair....not fair.....not fair...." Just as Bunnie continued monologging in her head, she saw something down the hallway. There she saw the same mysterious assailant who save her from being dissected. "Hey!" Bunnie shouted, but the assailant scattered down another corridor. "Hey! Wait up! I want to talk to you!" Bunnie chased the figure down while the others ran after her. "Bunnie stop!" Tails shouted, "There's no telling who that figure is!" "Hey I have a debt with him or her. Whoever or whatever it is, they saved my life. Maybe they could help us escape this place." "Hmm very interesting." Amy said, "An inside person working for us?" "It's possible. If they wanted to kill us, we'd be dead right now or worse." Bunnie followed the assailant with the rest of the group following, eventually leading to a large hanger bay filled with tanks, planes and giant robots. One of them resembled Sonic himself with another Chaos Emerald shard in its chest. Another looked akin to Dr. Ivo Kintobor but wore body armor that Bunnie didn't recognize in her world. The third robot or what was left of it was all that remained of Sir Charles Hedgehog. Whatever remained of him was just a rusted exo-skeleton sitting in the corner. Keep it together everyone." Bunnie said, "We're almost out." "Oh goodie." Amy smiled, "Then we can all find some people to flirt with." "Uh, let's not focus on that for now." However just as they were about to head toward the main hanger door, a metal gate slammed shut, and one of the robots, the one that looked like Sonic activated and started heading toward them. "SUBJECT #4134, STOP RIGHT THERE AND RETURN TO YOUR CELL!" A voice shouted from the robot. "Why are you doing this?!" Bunnie raged, "What did we do to you humans to deserve this? We were peaceful civilians on Knothole island and you all ruined it. Whoever you are, look at me." She pointed to her metallic body parts and red eye. "LOOK AT ME! How much more do you want me and all of us to suffer before you say enough?!" "YOU ATTACKED US, WE HAD TO IMPROVISE. TELL THAT TO THE INNOCENT LIVES YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS TOOK AS MONSTERS INCLUDING MY DAUGHTER! When Bunnie heard those words, it triggered a flashback a few months prior. Back when she was still Rabbotzilla as the civilians called her, she heard a loud booming voice commanding the attack against her. Trying to remember it was all bits and pieces she could remember shouts and screams. However she recalled when she took one particular swing at a building with her tail and she heard that same voice screaming in horror and crying. "Killing me and all of us will not bring your daughter back or the lives we've taken." Bunnie called, "If you want to lash out, do it at Dr. Ivo Kintobor. He orchestrated the Emerald splitting incident and turned us into the monsters you tried to defend the city against. If it weren't for him, you would have your family. If it weren't for him I would still have Antione. If it weren't for him we wouldn't be in this mess to begin with. Before you strike, ask yourself who is the real villain in this scenario?" "IT MATTERS NOT! PAIN AND SUFFERING IS ALL I'VE EVER KNOWN. I'LL MAKE SURE ALL OF YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THE SAME THING!" With that the robot suddenly striked causing the group to scatter all around. "Well that worked out well." Amy sighed. "Any ideas?" Sally asked as she narrowly avoided a blast from the robot. Bunnie first looked at Sonic's emerald in his chest and then looked at the one in the giant robot's. "I may have one, but it's going to be a doozy." She said, "Rotor! I need you to do something for us!" The robot continued to attack throughout the hanger trying to kill any members of the group. But the one who was causing a ruckus the most was Rotor who made small but powerful dents into the robot. "GET OFF!" The voice shouted. All the while, the robot failed to notice Bunnie and Sally climbing up the robot. Suddenly as the robot moved, Sally lost her grip on the metal and started to fall. "Sal!" Bunnie shouted and quickly caught her before she suffered a nasty fall. "I'm not losing another friend today." Once they reach the height of the chest, the two stealthily walked across the body where the chaos emerald shard was embedded. Bunnie knew that since the emerald in Sonic's chest kept him alive, then that same emerald shared was the main energy source of the robot. When they were about a few feet away from the emerald shard, Bunnie quickly shot a remote explosive at the emerald while Sally at the same time shot her ice powers at the explosive making it stick. By the time the robot pinned Rotor to the ground, the device had already detonated and shattered the shard. Immediately the robot went off line and all it took was a simple touch to cause it to collapse. One of the eyes opened up revealing a general that Bunnie recognized during her first attacks. "Killing me won't bring your family back." Bunnie said to him. "I know all of us can't resurrect all the lives we've taken in the past few months, but it wasn't our call. If you want to blame anyone, then take your anger out on Kintobor. He's the reason we're all like this way." Without another word, Bunnie started to head toward the hanger door for the exit. However she heard Amy and Knuckles shout but before she could react- THONK Something swooshed by her and when she turned around she saw the general with a knife about to stab her in the head only to see an arrow emerging from his chest. The general fell to the ground dead. "I pity him. So much anger against one person." The voice jumped Bunnie by surprise and she saw the assailant emerging from behind one of the tanks. The assailant took its hood off reveal it to be a female green rabbit. Not long after, six other figures emerged, three guys and three girls. "It's you." Bunnie said, "You're the one who save me from those scientists." "Yes. My name is Envy the Rabbit. I am a member of the Seven Deadly Sins." "The sins?" Amy asked, "I was certain that you were just thoughts and desires." "Yes and no." Envy replied, "We motivate those thoughts and desires and we let them control other souls. In other words, we manipulate and change outcomes in our favor." "Hmm." Bunnie said, "Real chess movers indeed. So now that you saved us, what do you want from us?" "Well, all of us are here to make alliances. You say you want your revenge on Kintobor right? As well as Sonic Prime yes?" "Yes." "We can all grant you that, even restore your homes and lives in this world. In return, we would like you to join our ranks as Elite Sinners. If you have any objections, best to talk to your group about them." With that in mind, Bunnie got her friends together to discuss. A few minutes later, the group came to a decision. "We've decided, despite our skepticism with you, it appears you can help change the world in our favor. So we'll join you guys, on the condition that if we encounter Sonic Prime in our travels, he's mine to terminate." "You have a deal." Envy said, "Us sins are loyal to our deals. Now then, lets come up with codenames before you get settled. Don't want others to get confused with so many names. Bunnie, you will go as Smorger, Knuckles you will be Thundersnap, Sonic is Ecliptis, Tails will be Aerocane, Sally will be Blizzer, Rotor will be Industire, and finally Amy Rose, you'll become Monsoona." Bunnie, now Smorger walked up and bowed to Envy, "I owe you my life for saving me. What you command, I will do it." "Excellent, before we get started, there is a certain princess I want you to take care of." A world where curiosity sparked unforeseen consequences, a world where heroes were corrupted from the result of former mistakes. There is always a fine line between curiosity and insanity. "You can do it if you want, but I want no part in this horrific work!" Lisa said, and with that she left the room in a huff. Not long after, all the other scientists left, leaving Thomson the only one left. "*sigh* They'll understand." Thomson said, "I just need a little time to experiment. Okay my dear, let's see what's in that brain of yours." Bunnie saw Thomson prepare a syringe needle which was placed next to a laser that she knew all too well what it was for. However before the scientist could start, the lights suddenly went out and the machinery went quiet. "Huh? What is this? What's going on?" Before he had a chance to react, all of a sudden, someone or something swooped in and stabbed the doctor in the chest, ending his life. "Hello?" Bunnie asked once she realized she could speak normally again, "Who's there? Whoever you are, show yourself!" However soon after, the unknown assailant swooped away and the lights were back on revealing the mess in the lab and the body of the scientist. This was so odd for her, a mysterious assailant swooped in and saved her. Now she had to get out of there before someone found out. Bunnie raced out of the lab but not before putting on a lab coat to disguise herself in the bathroom. "What have they done to me?" Bunnie asked looking at herself in the mirror. "Haven't the humans done enough, doesn't their curiosity wane?" Once she was fully disguised, she walked down the corridor hoping to find a way out when she heard noises coming from another lab. "No! ACK! Get away, keep away from me!!" "But darling, just one kiss please? A kiss would do." Without hesitation, Bunnie kicked the door open and saw Amy Rose trying to kiss another scientist. Amy had also been mutated by the emerald splitting incident, but Bunnie didn't realize that the humans abducted her as well. She streaking in her fur pattern with hearts in her eyes. "Amy!" Bunnie shouted and all of a sudden one of her hands turned into an arm cannon and spat out a smoke ball spewing out blinding smoke. Bunnie ran in, located Amy with her special vision and got her out of the room. "Amy!" Bunnie said once they were in a safe hallway, "How did you get here? I thought you and the others were still on knothole island after that whole multiverse fiasco?" "Oh, OOOHH is that what happened?" Amy asked, "I can't remember much. Well none of us could since the Emerald splitting incident. But I think what I can piece together is that the humans used their new robot that looks like Sonic to do experiments on us. Take them to our base I think." "What the heck happened to you?" Bunnie asked. "Experiments duh? Perhaps they increased my passion within me. I can hardly control my inner desires or love. Especially for you." Bunnie suddenly found Amy trying to kiss her right when she found another door marked 'records.' She picked the lock and the girls peeked inside. "Say, what are we looking for again?" "If you and the rest were captured, I want to find out what are the humans planning and what they want to do with us. It can't be a coincidence." Rummaging through the archives of the lab, Bunnie and Amy continued looking through old files, book reports, and a few medical doctrines. Eventually Amy found a book in one of the boxes titles 'Top Secret: Kaiju files.' "Hey Bunnie!" Amy called, "I found something." Bunnie found the book and smiled, "Great. Thank you so much Amy." Quickly she opened the file and one of the notes caught her attention. Progress Report: February 16, XXXX Although we are gaining new data for Chaos Emerald Mutation research from our test subjects, the process we're using to gain them is beginning to look more like a horror movie. If I am clear, a lot of things have started going downhill the day we split that chaos emerald in half. Mutation spread rapidly throughout our world while us humans were in the clear, many of the Mobians got the worst end, some died from radiation poisoning, but a select handful of them were mutated into giant kaiju beasts. Everything changed when a mysterious stranger who looked like one of the kaijus we were fighting arrived through a mysterious portal and defeated those beasts while retrieving an emerald half. Before he left, our leader; Dr. Ivo Kintobor constructed a new giant robot powered by the emerald and used it as a fighting chance against the monsters. But in the aftermath of all this, sometimes I wished the kaijus got to us when they had the chance. With the chaos emeralds power, we doubled our robotic research and defeated every last kaiju. The creatures were taken back to our base, the outpost here on Knothole Island. We've conducted experiments, blood samples, tissue, x-rays, reducing them to our height, some scientists have plucked teeth and claws out for further studies but I'm inclined to think otherwise. Every night, when I leave the lab, I heard howls, growls and combinations of wailing and screaming. The noises are still pegged into my head, even when I sleep. I don't know what they are feeling at this moment, our curiosity turned them into those creatures and instead of helping them, we've turned them into giant sized guina pigs. Kintobor claims that we're doing this for the betterment of humankind, but I don't know. Every time I hear those screams I just want to curse my race for doing this to them. Appalled at the report, Bunnie continued looking at the files until she saw a inventory of how many of her friends were in there. "Curiosity really did kill the cat." Bunnie sighed, "Or in this case, mutate the cat." Inventory of test subjects: Test Subject #1321 (Miles 'Tails' Prower)Info: Mutation has shown significants in flight prowess. Subject's fur has turned black/grey while growing a set of bat-like wings increasing flight capabilities. Because of the bat DNA incorporated in the subject's body, the subject grows submissive during the mid-day. Subject has also shown to change gender at will, possibly due to future breeding. Studies show he or she is more active at night because of the altered eyes. Further experiments are required if necessary for better robot combat. Test Subject #8193 (Amy Rose)Info: Mutation on the subject is less physical but more mental, however from blood tests we can see DNA of hedgehog and a wolverine. The subject's eye color has also changed from green to pure yellow in the pupils, eyeballs and irises, possibly a side effect of the mutation. She has gained an immense desire to mate or to find a perfect guy, even some of our scientists have gotten the attention of the scatter brained hedgehog. Observation from distance is recommended. Test Subject #9149 (Knuckles the Echidna)Info: The constitution of the subject appears to be an echidna and an octopus. We should know as the subject's hair are octopus tentacles, currently unsure if he is controlling them with his mind. Although his strength has unchanged, the subject seems to perceive everything from rocks to note boards as something he needs to protect. Eyes were eventually scarred when he tried to protect a bottle of acid but the desire still remains strong. Test Subject #2681 (Rotor Walrus)Info: Subject is considered the most dangerous of the kaijus, not only in his knowledge to build but to destroy as well. Much of his body is covered in facial and body burns, perhaps from fighting someone or something. We had to cover the burns up with bandages and a self-healing outfit, even installed pipes in his head to keep his insides from burning up. The subject tends to do what he needs to do but doesn't communicate as much as before. Test Subject #4172 (Sally Acorn)Info: This subject has had the most dramatic change out of the others. Post-mutation, subject has scorned all sorts of technology in favor of magic. This change in behavior is currently unknown. We do know that the subject's eyes has been scared leaving only yellow eyeballs in the wake. She surrendered willingly and we have seen her experiment more on spells. We are inclined to believe she only wanted to be captured just to study magic further. Test Subject #6761 (Sonic the Hedgehog)Info: Shares the same body structure and abilities as the similar Kaiju that Sonic prime terminated. During mutation, one half of the chaos emerald fragment has fused with the organism. The energy from the emerald has given the user enhanced speed and durability but we conclude at the cost of his humanity. Studies have shown that the emerald is connected with the subject's heart and possible removal of the emerald will result in termination. We have to continue our studies with caution to prevent subject from expiring. She continued looking to see if Antione was still alive, but sadly when she got to his file, there was only a big stamp print labeled 'deceased.' Antione didn't survive the initial mutation and he was dead because the humans were curious. Watching Bunnie, Amy began to realize that she saw something upsetting to her. "Bunnie?" Amy asked. "Let's go." Bunnie said quietly, "We need to free the others and fast. They are the only ones we have left." With the files in hand, Bunnie and Amy left the records room in search of their friends. Luckily, the files had the locations of which room their friends were located. The girls traveled from one hallway from the next and then found the room where Tails was held. Bunnie kicked the door open and they found Tails held in captivity in a glass box. "Hold on there dear." Amy said, "I'll get you out." Using an ax lying on the table, Amy destroyed the box and got Tails out. But the moment he/she stepped out, Tails became increasingly timid. "EEEKK!!" Tails whimpered. "What's wrong now?" Bunnie asked. "It's the light! It's so blinding. EEEK!!" "What happening?" Amy asked. "It must be the Bat DNA." Bunnie concluded, "Whatever's affected Tails with the wings and fur, it must've infected his eyes as well. His eye-" "I'm female now." "Excuse me, her eye sensitivity has dramatically increased." Just as the girls were wondering what to do with Tails, Amy spotted something on the desk nearby. "Wait, I think I found an answer." She grabbed a dusty old visor and put it on Tails' eyes. Soon after, Tails began to see clearly and her personality changed. "Woo, ho yeah! Yeah! I'm here and I'm ready! Let's do this. Let's get out of here and escape to freedom!" "Is it just me or has Tails completely changed her persona?" Amy asked. "She can see now, so her sight has improved. It makes sense that her bravery has increased as well." Bunnie said, "Come on, we still need to find the others." One by one, Bunnie and Amy found the rest of their friends, each of them were contained or about to be contained in glass containers or cages. Knuckles was first followed by Rotor, Sally Acorn and finally Sonic himself. But as she looked at the sight of her friends and herself, she could only feel despair and anger. Anger at the humans for starting all of this all because they were curious and they were the ones who had to suffer for it. Both Knuckles and Sally had burns on their eyes possibly due to experiments they experienced. Rotor had so much burns and bruises that he had to wear protective clothing and bandages all over himself. He even had pipes sticking out of his head, something about cooling off his insides. As for Sonic, all Bunnie knew was that his mental state was destroyed completely since he was fused to the emerald in his chest. "Why?" Bunnie asked as they walked down the hallways of the lab, "Why were we the ones to suffer throughout this? Why are we the ones to hurt when the humans get off scot free? It's so not fair....not fair.....not fair...." Just as Bunnie continued monologging in her head, she saw something down the hallway. There she saw the same mysterious assailant who save her from being dissected. "Hey!" Bunnie shouted, but the assailant scattered down another corridor. "Hey! Wait up! I want to talk to you!" Bunnie chased the figure down while the others ran after her. "Bunnie stop!" Tails shouted, "There's no telling who that figure is!" "Hey I have a debt with him or her. Whoever or whatever it is, they saved my life. Maybe they could help us escape this place." "Hmm very interesting." Amy said, "An inside person working for us?" "It's possible. If they wanted to kill us, we'd be dead right now or worse." Bunnie followed the assailant with the rest of the group following, eventually leading to a large hanger bay filled with tanks, planes and giant robots. One of them resembled Sonic himself with another Chaos Emerald shard in its chest. Another looked akin to Dr. Ivo Kintobor but wore body armor that Bunnie didn't recognize in her world. The third robot or what was left of it was all that remained of Sir Charles Hedgehog. Whatever remained of him was just a rusted exo-skeleton sitting in the corner. Keep it together everyone." Bunnie said, "We're almost out." "Oh goodie." Amy smiled, "Then we can all find some people to flirt with." "Uh, let's not focus on that for now." However just as they were about to head toward the main hanger door, a metal gate slammed shut, and one of the robots, the one that looked like Sonic activated and started heading toward them. "SUBJECT #4134, STOP RIGHT THERE AND RETURN TO YOUR CELL!" A voice shouted from the robot. "Why are you doing this?!" Bunnie raged, "What did we do to you humans to deserve this? We were peaceful civilians on Knothole island and you all ruined it. Whoever you are, look at me." She pointed to her metallic body parts and red eye. "LOOK AT ME! How much more do you want me and all of us to suffer before you say enough?!" "YOU ATTACKED US, WE HAD TO IMPROVISE. TELL THAT TO THE INNOCENT LIVES YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS TOOK AS MONSTERS INCLUDING MY DAUGHTER! When Bunnie heard those words, it triggered a flashback a few months prior. Back when she was still Rabbotzilla as the civilians called her, she heard a loud booming voice commanding the attack against her. Trying to remember it was all bits and pieces she could remember shouts and screams. However she recalled when she took one particular swing at a building with her tail and she heard that same voice screaming in horror and crying. "Killing me and all of us will not bring your daughter back or the lives we've taken." Bunnie called, "If you want to lash out, do it at Dr. Ivo Kintobor. He orchestrated the Emerald splitting incident and turned us into the monsters you tried to defend the city against. If it weren't for him, you would have your family. If it weren't for him I would still have Antione. If it weren't for him we wouldn't be in this mess to begin with. Before you strike, ask yourself who is the real villain in this scenario?" "IT MATTERS NOT! PAIN AND SUFFERING IS ALL I'VE EVER KNOWN. I'LL MAKE SURE ALL OF YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THE SAME THING!" With that the robot suddenly striked causing the group to scatter all around. "Well that worked out well." Amy sighed. "Any ideas?" Sally asked as she narrowly avoided a blast from the robot. Bunnie first looked at Sonic's emerald in his chest and then looked at the one in the giant robot's. "I may have one, but it's going to be a doozy." She said, "Rotor! I need you to do something for us!" The robot continued to attack throughout the hanger trying to kill any members of the group. But the one who was causing a ruckus the most was Rotor who made small but powerful dents into the robot. "GET OFF!" The voice shouted. All the while, the robot failed to notice Bunnie and Sally climbing up the robot. Suddenly as the robot moved, Sally lost her grip on the metal and started to fall. "Sal!" Bunnie shouted and quickly caught her before she suffered a nasty fall. "I'm not losing another friend today." Once they reach the height of the chest, the two stealthily walked across the body where the chaos emerald shard was embedded. Bunnie knew that since the emerald in Sonic's chest kept him alive, then that same emerald shared was the main energy source of the robot. When they were about a few feet away from the emerald shard, Bunnie quickly shot a remote explosive at the emerald while Sally at the same time shot her ice powers at the explosive making it stick. By the time the robot pinned Rotor to the ground, the device had already detonated and shattered the shard. Immediately the robot went off line and all it took was a simple touch to cause it to collapse. One of the eyes opened up revealing a general that Bunnie recognized during her first attacks. "Killing me won't bring your family back." Bunnie said to him. "I know all of us can't resurrect all the lives we've taken in the past few months, but it wasn't our call. If you want to blame anyone, then take your anger out on Kintobor. He's the reason we're all like this way." Without another word, Bunnie started to head toward the hanger door for the exit. However she heard Amy and Knuckles shout but before she could react- THONK Something swooshed by her and when she turned around she saw the general with a knife about to stab her in the head only to see an arrow emerging from his chest. The general fell to the ground dead. "I pity him. So much anger against one person." The voice jumped Bunnie by surprise and she saw the assailant emerging from behind one of the tanks. The assailant took its hood off reveal it to be a female green rabbit. Not long after, six other figures emerged, three guys and three girls. "It's you." Bunnie said, "You're the one who save me from those scientists." "Yes. My name is Envy the Rabbit. I am a member of the Seven Deadly Sins." "The sins?" Amy asked, "I was certain that you were just thoughts and desires." "Yes and no." Envy replied, "We motivate those thoughts and desires and we let them control other souls. In other words, we manipulate and change outcomes in our favor." "Hmm." Bunnie said, "Real chess movers indeed. So now that you saved us, what do you want from us?" "Well, all of us are here to make alliances. You say you want your revenge on Kintobor right? As well as Sonic Prime yes?" "Yes." "We can all grant you that, even restore your homes and lives in this world. In return, we would like you to join our ranks as Elite Sinners. If you have any objections, best to talk to your group about them." With that in mind, Bunnie got her friends together to discuss. A few minutes later, the group came to a decision. "We've decided, despite our skepticism with you, it appears you can help change the world in our favor. So we'll join you guys, on the condition that if we encounter Sonic Prime in our travels, he's mine to terminate." "You have a deal." Envy said, "Us sins are loyal to our deals. Now then, lets come up with codenames before you get settled. Don't want others to get confused with so many names. Bunnie, you will go as Smorger, Knuckles you will be Thundersnap, Sonic is Ecliptis, Tails will be Aerocane, Sally will be Blizzer, Rotor will be Industire, and finally Amy Rose, you'll become Monsoona." Bunnie, now Smorger walked up and bowed to Envy, "I owe you my life for saving me. What you command, I will do it." "Excellent, before we get started, there is a certain princess I want you to take care of." A world where curiosity sparked unforeseen consequences, a world where heroes were corrupted from the result of former mistakes. There is always a fine line between curiosity and insanity. One man's decision can seal the fate of a world. Next:
