Description
Hollywood was a bit overwhelming at first when she moved here from London, but Ammity found herself coming to like the bustle, the lights, and events. She found herself in the service of one Roni Téras, a man who was quickly rising to fame. His days were often spent out of the house, leaving her to care for it while he was away. He spent all of his time at social events, or being hounded by paparazzi, or fans. He never had free time. When he did, he would find something to fill it.Roni Téras was the type some women wanted to just throw themselves at, as if he were a rockstar. He was a singer known for his amazing talent, as well as his beauty. But beneath that beauty and talent was a man who was extremely detail-oriented. His agent was constantly harassed by him; he was demanding to the tiniest margin concerning the events on his schedule. Even though he nearly bit her head off when things didn't go his was, she couldn't necessarily blame him for it. Her employer was the type to want everything to go according to plan. If not, he would blame the nearest person with a pulse for the error in plans. He also loved to get attention, thus leaving Ammity to care for his home while he was away.
She would regret not calling the police when her employer did not return when a few days passed.

Roni's head was throbbing, his mind was reeling, a soft groan escaped him, but the lower part of his face felt heavy, numb. He could make out a figure looming over him, holding a clipboard and seemingly taking notes. Sounds were made, but he was unable to understand them. Soon, he felt like he was being pinched on his arm, then his eyes rolled back and his world went black once again.
*******
Setting down the clipboard, the professor looked down at his test subject, a deep sigh from behind his surgical mask. He had found him one night, staggering down an alley way in a drunken fashion. Judging by the clothes he wore, he must have been someone of importance, or at least thought he was. Nevertheless, his state at the time made him easy to catch. He left his subject to go look over several vials, each labeled clearly and specifically. He picked out several and examined them carefully, making a mental list of those he kept for his research.
Pygocentrus Nattereri
Carcharodon carcharias
Tyrannosaurus Rex
Zootoca vivipara
Varanus komodoensis
Each of the vials was filled into a needle. A quick flick made sure there were no air bubbles that would kill this specimen. One by one, each needle was injected to the young man's face. The needles were cleaned and put away.
Now, he had to wait to see what would happen.

A week had passed, and still no sign of her employer. Now was the time to panic.
She tried not to hyper-ventilate while calling everyone in Roni's contact list, trying not to act like a panicked mother. But by the time she had contacted his friend and guitarist Torrent, she was practically in tears.
"H-he hasn't been home! He hasn't called! I-I-I dunno what to do!" she sobbed.
"Calm down." Torrent responded, his cool, deep voice seeming to have a calming effect, "I'm sure he'll be fine. He may be an arrogant ass sometimes, but he knows how to kick it if needed."
"But-But what of your agent- "
"I'll cover with Terrance, you just keep calling and find him."
With that, he hung up, and her pudgy hands trembled as she called the next number to ask what had become of Roni Téras.

Day 13, The Scientist wrote, Subject is starting to show more signs of change. Lower half of face seems to take in the new changes well, though the skin has been torn to the rapid growth. Managed to stop bleeding.
He had a smug look on his face as he continued to write the progress, unaware that the subject was waking up. He completely forgot to re-strap him down.
Roni sat up, holding his head with a slight groan, a hand ran through red-brown locks. What...what the hell happened? He thought as he looked around at his new surroundings. Even in his blurry vision, he could see that he wasn't at his home, recovering from a drug someone had slipped him in his carelessness.
The room made him think of a laboratory, a makeshift one to put it nicely. Needles lay on the counter, some looking as though they had been recently used. Notes were scattered about, as well as empty vials lying on top of them. A strong stench came from one of them, causing him to immediately cover his nose. As if he needed more reasons to want to leave this strange place.
He was thankful that no one had taken the designer clothes off his back, save for his shoes. Sliding from the table, his feet touched the cold floor, sending chills through him. His stance was a bit wobbly, his face felt very heavy, a sign of some drug still being in his system. Though a bit weary, he could still pick out the voice shouting at him.
"What are you doing!? Get back on the table this instant!" His head immediately turned to see a masked man in a dirty lab coat pointing a gloved hand at him. Cocking a brow and narrowing brown eyes, he was quick to respond in a style fit for him.
"Who the hell are you to order me around!? Where am I!?" He stalked over to shove his chest threateningly close to the man in the lab coat, causing the other man to stagger back. The other man seemed a bit fearful when Roni got too close, and he kept that distance between them when he regained his balance.
"Who I am is none of your concern, but you are a part of something great."
"Of course, I'm one of the most promising stars of Hollywood. Surely-"
"Not that, you idiot! Look at yourself! You've undergone a great transformation!"
He pointed at a mirror, causing a perplexed Roni to turn his head and go investigate. However, what he saw caused him to let out a horrified scream, his eyes to dilate, and the new face he saw in the mirror paled in a matter of milliseconds.
From the nose up, his face looked like any normal human, but below it was completely different. His lips were now non existent, replaced with protruding gums and overgrown, knife-like canines. His mouth went from ear to ear. A bit of saliva seeped past one of the monstrous fangs. He looked like something he would see in a horror movie.
From shock and horror, Roni began to feel himself shake with anger...with rage.
Trembling, he turned his head to see the man responsible for this horrendous transformation. Stalking towards him, he grabbed his throat and slammed him to the wall, "Change me back! I want you to change me back!" He slammed his head again, almost intent to smash his skull in.
A choking sound came from the scientist, hands gripping to forearms. The only reason the grip on the man's neck was loosened was for him to respond to the singer's demands.
"Are you mad? These changes are irreversible!"
"What do you mean they're 'irreversible'!?"
"Even if I wanted to, there's no way I can return you to your former form, you have too much DNA mixed with yours."
Roni dropped him, then stormed over to look at the notes the scientist had taken while the man was left gasping for breath. Page after page was thrown, deemed useless to him. The last parchment, however, bore different fruit. Once. Twice. A dozen times he read it over, his body shaking before glancing at the man. Right when the scientist recovered, the singer was over him, ripping the mask off to examine his face.
For a crazed scientist who was a shut in, he was actually not bad of a looker. A trembling, slim finger traced his lips, head cocked to the side in curiosity. The prey tried to squirm away, but the predator was stronger, holding him fast. A wicked gleam filled his eyes when he spoke with a voice filled with malice.
"I just thought of a way this can be resolved."
"Impossible! How did you-?"
"Unlike you, I look at every…. last….detail." He tugged the man's cheek. "I just need one thing from you.
He was afraid to ask, "W-what?"
"Your face."
The last sound from the professor was a horrific scream. Soon a corpse lay thrown aside like a heap of trash, and Roni was back at the mirror, rubbing his new skin softly. When it came into contact with his own, it almost immediately began to connect. with his own flesh. A crazed grin came on him, his eyes almost red in the lighting.
"There! Perfect...As always~." He said in an almost sing-song voice, giving a laugh before leaving the place.
*******
Three weeks after his initial disappearance, Roni appeared at the front doorstep of his home. He was greeted into the tearful embrace of his house-keeper Ammity. He pushed her off quickly, then went to investigate the house's condition. With anyone else, she probably would've smacked him senseless, but this was Roni. The same Roni who wanted everything to be in order.
He would want everything to be picture perfect.
Glancing back at her, he gave a nod of approval before dismissing her to her own quarters and a slight grin, though he strangely seemed to be trying to hide his teeth while doing it. A moment of confusion came over her before she nodded and scurried off to her room, not bothering to ask about it. What was more important was to tell the others that he was back.
Later that night, she had a cup of tea prepared just for him. Gently knocking on the door, then pressing her ear to listen for him to either call her in or tell her to bugger off. Strangely enough, she didn't hear anything. Concern began to take over as she gently pushed the door open, going against her judgment to leave him to his privacy.
"Sir, I-I brought you some-" A head shot over to face her.
Her eyes widened, the mug slipping from her hands as a scream got stuck in her throat. Her employer covered her mouth quickly, adjusting the lower part of his face to hide the monstrous teeth with his free hand. "Scream and I'll kill you." He hissed, "No one must know about this. Not one soul. Is that clear?"
Ammity's head nodded vigorously, her eyes locked on the flesh that seemed to practically fall off from the tip of his nose downward. "Help me. Now." He said, "I need you to readjust it." Hesitation flooded her, the urge to run seeming more and more powerful. The only thing that held her there was that almost demented look he had in his eyes.
Her shaky, pudgy hands reached to his face, putting the loose skin back where it should be. The loose skin seemed to again blend with his once again, the flesh mending together. She was taken aback while Roni smirked, pinching her plump, yet pretty face.
"Thank you, darling." He cooed, "Now, let's keep this between you and me, and you get to keep your precious face." He ran his hand through her maroon hair, leaning over to nuzzle her head in a playful fashion before pulling away. The grin he gave her made her blood run colder than it already was. "Dismissed."
She left the room, managing to shut the door before fainting from the shock finally settling on her.
