This is awesome! Very well done on him! I've actually been planning to do an HO scale model of Casey Jr from the 2019 film, once I find a good 4-4-0 model thats close to him.

For Casey, I'd recommend getting a model like this: www.amazon.com/Bachmann-Industβ¦
You'll have to custom make Casey's funnel, but it has the same paint job though! And you'll need to paint the tender.

coming pretty good maybe put some varnish for acrylics to give more shine and to protect the paint from bumps and falls
two or three coats should do the trick
