HNN Episode 3: Super Dream Koopa

New York City: Sunday, 10:59 P.M.

Rocky yawns loudly, and stretches his arms.

Rocky: Now, for a peaceful night's sleep.

He turns out the light, and turns his new radio alarm clock on. The minute he lays in bed, he begins to dream something different.

(Dream)

In the dream world, Rocky is seen wearing a red hat similar to Mario's, but with an "R" instead of an "M". He's also wearing a pair of blue overalls, looking just like Mario's overalls, but big enough to fit Rocky. He then proceeds through a dream world similar to Super Mario Bros., and he collects a T-bone steak as his Super Mushroom, a Tiff doll as his Fire Flower, and a giant green diamond-like object as his Star. He blazes through Worlds 1-1 through 8-3, until he reaches World 8-4. He makes his way through the various puzzles and ends up battling a robotic blue hedgehog named Metal Sonic, but defeats him by causing a hammer to smash a stake that holds the bridge up, causing the robot to fall into the molten iron. Rocky then approaches Tiff, who is dress up like Princess Peach.

Tiff: Thank you, Rocky. Your quest is now over.

As she kisses him on the cheek, Rocky begins to blush.

(End Dream)

Rocky begins giggling like a girl before the alarm plays a 16-bit version of the Super Mario Bros. theme song. He wakes up, bright-eyed and scaly-tailed.

Rocky: (to himself) Thank you so much for helping me sleep.

He then leaves his apartment room.
