Another project of mine making HD renders of items from runescape. This time all the magic rune stones used in the game. This took alot of time and work because of just how many there are and how much more complex the texture work put into this was compared with my last piece, but i'm happy i finally managed to remake these iconic pieces of the game. From making this i noticed a few interesting things. For starters there are 2 or 3 slightly different symbols for every rune depending on which source you look at for the image, there's no consistency throughout the game which i feel there should be. These designs are what i feel should be the final symbols for each rune as a composite of all the designs throughout the game
