Description

The Department of Experimental Rescores and Development or as it’s called by the people in the group “Lab Rats”.

To make a long story short, this unit deals with experimental equipment designed for Spartans, similar to SIM troupers, these “solders” test new and/or modified equipment in the field. Due to the nature of this group, most test subjects last about 2-5 years. When in the field, ERD’s are stationed at outposts comprised of two to four ERD’s or in SIM groups.

This unit is number 4018, or Group 18 holds the 3rd longest record of 9 years… how these idiots survived this long, no one really knows.

-Unofficial Leader): AI Janus – This AI is a new generation of AI’s that last longer than the previous generation, lasting twice as long. Able to move between each ERD thanks to modified AI chip holders. Janus was a very short temper, and it doesn’t help being grouped with, as she puts it “These annoying fuckers keep driving me crazy, if I had a body I’m sure I would have had an aneurism by now.”

-James – He holds a modified Needler designed to only fire by him and rears a modified Mark VI armor. Also the mechanic of the group, but has better handling with jeeps and other personal suits. James is not someone that listens to orders given but command, but would rather does things his own way. He also has a habit of messing with standard of ERD equipment. Snarky and stubborn, he won’t do something that he thinks is dangerous to him or his team.

-Ronaldo – Holds a prototype Spartan Laser that recharges after firing also wears a modified Mark V armor. The oldest of the group and one with actual military training, Ronaldo tends to act like the leader in certain situations, but most of the time his plans fall through and blames things like “the sun was in my eyes” or “it was part of the plan”. Loud and lazy, he isn’t the kind of person to get things done when someone asks him to and will either ignore it or blow it up.
