Awesome pic mate, the hectic background suits her. The lines are just enough to prevent her fading into it, without separating her. Looks good, and your expressions and poses are getting more... uhh... expressive as well. The match between left and right eye looks a bit odd, though from the little I know of the character that probably suits her personality wise.
Honestly I've not got much to add from a technical standpoint either. Hands are, well, hands, and aside from her far arm looking perhaps a little chunkier than the near one (could be the pose as well) it's all good. Perhaps a little more movement in the hair to match her skirt?

thanks for the feed back. i had a lot of trouble with the hands so i just gave up on making them even. her personality is also pretty "expressive" as well so I'm glad that it came through.
