Description
As many techies know by now, the next iteration of Windows, currently known as "Windows 8", is to feature the Ribbon UI in the file explorer. I wanna give Microsoft the benefit of the doubt on this, but I've come to the conclusion that it bloats up the UI with features most people will never use, plus takes up precious screen real estate.

So, I dabbled with a UI mock up which I though would work better, save space, and not clutter up the UI.
