change in my workflow.
And I think I am quite liking this and the result!

I am trying to get some directional lines with the sketchy strokes, but I feel like this is still not bold enough.
I actually learned something really good in this piece, and I think I can do twice more lively if I were to do this again!

I really love the color pallet you created for this.
How did you change your workflow?

Primarily its the addition of under-painting. (Which I observed from traditional painters).
But its not just a mere under-painting,
I arranged a specific lighting and real life objects near me that will fit the painting,
and used their color samples for the colors of the under-painting.
Here is a glimpse of the objects and lighting I arranged~!

You can notice it have all the basic colors and texture I had in this painting.
And oh, the other workflow change is also the absence of detailed line-art.
Instead, I use a very loose sketch that still defines the shape, but I do not commit on the lines I've made.
This has resulted in a more dynamic workflow, where I can change and modify stuff along the way easily~!
There are also things with bigger brush strokes, but that is pretty minor.
