A quick oil painting, finished in one class. It varies from my usual subject matter, becauce I didn't bring my own photo for class, and had to paint something from a magazine. Still I think it has an almost sinister vibe.Related content

Maybe blend your oils more, or if you like this spotty style, keep it consistent. The hair and his shadows don't feel like they fit with the style of her face. Overall, you DID make it seem sinister, miss Chelsea. It's most weird that it has a squiggly in the corner. Is that the Id of You?

Yeah I actually don't like this piece very much. Forced subject matter + time constraint = unhappy Chelsea
But this was an excercise in loose "spottiness" anyway. Thanks for the input!
