Sill is Nagi’s boss, which doesn’t stop Nagi from sending her back to Earth in-between 2 and 3. Like Nagi, she abhors combs.She's probably the most normal of the Ka-co-kh AIs, I think. She MIGHT have been named for a mathematical term, befitting her calmer approach to things than Nagi.
2017 edit: Like with Flea, it turned out that I'd gotten Sill's gender wrong. Her old ref (which can still be seen here , along with Flea's) would've required too much editing, so I just redid it completely.

Okay, this is a gal. I had to read your description to be sure before I said anything. xp I confess, I often have a hard time telling the difference between your guys and your gals, especially when they are dressed. ^.^;; The gals seem to have guy like torsos and chests. But I am starting to notice more subtle differences, at least when the clothing doesn't cover them up.
But I like the design! She's got some pretty cool hair, with that split at the back. And the tattoos make for an interesting visual when you can see more of her skin. The hair split in the back works well as a compliment to the spit in the lower part of the jacket. And the diagonal piping on the jacket is a nice touch.
