“Hey, why don’t I stick Durandal and Leela into two different computer-themed series that are both incompatible with Marathon, and possibly each other,” I thought a few hours ago.
ReBoot: The first thing to come to mind for Leela was “Guardian top brass”. Perhaps Durandal used to be part of that, too (note the shoulder pad), but he’s long since gone rogue.
Tron Legacy: It was gonna be original-flavour Tron, but it turns out that I like black. :U Merged Leela’s shell-cape with her jumpsuit and ditched Durandal’s cape and most of his armour. He’s probably a rogue here, too.
