I can safely say I was unaware of that script. I went ahead and gave it a read.
It's certainly a fun concept, but perhaps the alien was made to be too powerful in this iteration. I can see the parallel between the script and the concept of this two page piece (people transforming into xenos). My favorite part of the script was the man trying to enjoy a drink at the bar while an alien stalked him, it was a shame that he transformed...
This pictured concept though is a bit different. There is another DeviantArt user named Tristanthejawsfan who writes a series named 'Xeno-Girl'. In that fan fiction women (only women for some reason) can wear suits that gift them with the power of xenomorphs, but they retain their human personalities and intelligence.
