After dwelling in the forest for a further three straight days, Rebecca couldn't handle it anymore. The smaller animals weren't giving her the same thrill anymore. She wanted to kill a person. She wanted to kill someone. She didn't want to take out anyone random. She wanted to find someone that deserved it. She wanted to kill someone who *earned* it. One name floated to the top of her list of potential victims. Her name was Lisa. She stole the only person that mattered to Rebecca. Lisa stole Lewis away from her.

She did it through lies. She did it through manipulation. She did it for the sheer purpose of hurting Rebecca. The creature agreed. It pressured Rebecca that there was no better way to get even with her than to rip off her head and consume her brain. Rebecca couldn't keep her anger separate from her desire and curiosity any further. She went straight back into the city. She stayed out of sight of as many people as she could. She made her way into Lisa's home and found her texting on the phone. The symbiote's enhanced eye sight let Rebecca clearly see that she was in contact with Lewis himself. They were talking about dinner, movies and... Their first time having sex?

"Honey," Rebecca wrote, imitating Lisa, "Can we meet somewhere tonight? Right now?"
