because I saw some Kitty Rinzlers out there 
and was inspired to also draw one as chibi.
He's an awesome character from TRON: Legacy
and he purrs ! o.o okay...actually he make those noices.
I know,he have no eyes on that helmet,but I thought it would look more cute
