Are you a recent glass blower? It's something I wish had more money to explore. I need a glassblowing friend to learn together and split the costs of further work together. If interested drop me line and we could talk about it if interested.

Aaron,

Some nice pieces you have as Deviations. Are they your work? Pretty, but the stuff I've displayed are mostly photograph of others work. The pieces related to Metamorphose are mine. I didn't get much out of Glass blowing part 2 at Public Glass because my right hand was torched by an another student opening the door too wide while doing my first gather of glass for the class's first project. That's why I really liked kiln casting better; but really stuck with the creativity of glass blowing!

Eric,

yea its all my work, i didn't think it was that good though, thank you.. .yea burns suck bad burns really suck... for me just the summer heat will put me out of work before a burn usually will. i once wobble shooting a flame down the inside of a tube... and well since i wobbled it shot directly onto my hand.. wasn't fun but it sure did look cool for a half a second when i watched the skin bauble up a half inch before turning to white crispy ash. i've never done any kiln casting only seen molds and aftermath.
