At a comic convention, someone commissioned a sketch from me and left it open to draw whatever I felt like. We went back and forth a bit, I draw a lot of angels and devils, he liked something with women wrestling/battling… I settled on a very loose version of Rapture Rumble, much more of an ink and watercolor sketch. But I liked the essence of the image so much, I thought I’d do it up as a formal piece.
Most of the images I’ve done of them are erotic, but lacked the actively combative aspect of this one. It brings a new energy to the theme, that I look forward to exploring further.

It's the little details like the angel's hair being yanked through her halo that make this so interesting

Well, I am afraid I won't be as eloquent, but I really enjoyed this piece of artwork. I like the colors, the facial expressions and I LOVE a good old fashioned catfight!

It would the intercessions of infernal forces intend to insure that everybody is left behind. The Heaven messenger and rapture guide to be very intensely, otherwise occupied and quite unable to attend to any resurrections. Oh how that demoness looks as if she is going to fight dirty.
