this is my first submission for germania. the topic was "long-exposure-emotions" and i choose to take a flower shot, because flowers are beautiful enough to reach emotions every time i look at them.
my equipment:
camera was finepix s602 z.
with settings: aperture size f5,7 - shutter speed 2 sec - iso 160 - supermacro modus. for those who never took macro, the blurryness is intentional, because you have to decide for one part of depth in the picture and i choose the deepest part.
i used a small pocket lamp to lighten the flower. the room has been pitch dark.
no further ps editing. only filtered one times with neatimage to get a softer touch. no cropping too. only framed in ps 7.0.

Nice choice of colour and lighting. I love macros and although the lighting is artificial, the overall result of the image is stunning! I cant wait to put my supermacro to use this year, shots like this make me feel more inspired.

The lighting with the pocket lamp looks so great! I also like the color of the text and the frame line. But I'm not sure about the outer line, might be a little distracting, but that's just my humble opinion
The colors and the lighting are so beautiful that I have to this (the fact that this picture is a 'germania' submission makes it even more attractive, don't you think
