On June 30th 1908, a meteor touched ground in Tunguska, Russia destroying over 2,100 Km of forested area in the Siberian Province. The fallout was a 12 megaton explosion and the impact was downplayed. Unbeknownst to the world at the time, this celestial event was a paradigm shift for humanity, a new age of humanity would develop from the cosmic particles that dispersed around the world after the meteor's impact, and over generations many people around the globe started to develop powerful extraordinary abilities.

One of the most powerful to arise from this event was Jerry Palumbo, a Toronto man gifted with the powers of a Dwarf star, energy projection, gravity manipulation, flight, and increased strength and stamina. He has kept his secret identity and origins pretty close to the chest, but as the powerful and enigmatic DWARFSTAR he is a beacon of hope to the world and has saved it countless times from extra-terrestrial threats.
