In this merged universe, young Kal El was sent to Earth in a ship when his home planet of Krypton exploded, and found on Earth upon landing by SHIELD. Tasked to be his handler and research young Kal El, Howard Stark and his wife Maria adopted him as their own son, Tony. Like all other Kyptonians in this merged universe, Tony is an average human with average human abilities, however, like all Kryptonians, he has an advanced level intellect and built a powerful suit of armor out of the rocket ship he was sent to Earth in when he was twelve years old. Powered by an immensely powerful Kryptonite core, while suited up, Tony Stark dons the family 'S' and defends the world as its iron guardian...THE KRYPTONIAN.
