DECIMATOR (Alexander Marshall)

Not much is known about The Decimator other than it is a hired interstellar mercenary from beyond the stars under the employ of the tyrannical despot, General G'narll. The Decimator appears to be a being of pure cosmic energy that is housed in an advanced armored exoskeleton.

In order to blend in on Earth so it can search it's target stealthily without drawing attention, The Decimator employs powerful illusion tech in its armor which will give him a human appearance when others look at it. The Decimator chose a male human form and called itself Alexander Marshall, a young man from Toronto.

Reports have indicated that The Decimator is in search of the first modern wonder of the world, the powerful superhero DWARFSTAR. This was confirmed through eyewitness accounts as it shouted the hero's name out while blasting vehicles and residences.

The Decimator is able to fly via it's powerful exoskeleton suit, project holograms, can fire ultra powerful concussive gamma blasts, is extra-ordinarily strong, and the suit is incredibly resistant to damage. The Decimator is a formidable opponent, and it may take more than DWARFSTAR to take it down. It will take a Team of Heroes.

Possibly even a Legion of them.
