A TF2 Freak concept that I brought to life in an animation.
He's inspired mostly by The Lich from Adventure Time, having similar mental/supernatural abilities as him. A cold and cruel though mortal monster, unlike The Lich.
His theme is The Front Hall from Resident Evil 2.
His class is technically a Pyro though the cosmetics are meant to give the illusion he has no class.
Yes his name is just "The One", define your own interpretation on what that means.
His voice is that of Mordekaiser from League of Legends.
