Vegeta and Bulma from Dragon Ball.I've heard about the Dragon Ball Kai show for fankids performed by stuffed DB charactor suits in Japan.
It's a image picture of it.
In this original stand alone story, before Namekku battle, Vegeta came to the earth again to revenge on Goku.
He captured Bulma to find Goku, but she resisted.
When Vegeta tried to catch her again, he touched Bulma's chest accidentally.
Bulma got angry and she pressed him to take responsibility.
Vegeta cowered at her furious tone.

the story of a battle against Broly in CC is the special one, it was played in Green Land Kumamoto only.
The story against Vegeta was played in other many places, for example Tokyo.
