Very well balanced light. Is his neck really that long! Maybe a 1/4 stop darker?

The 1/4 stop darker was not about the length of the neck.  It was a suggestion to tone down the face to pull out more definition.  The light seems a bit strong.  In fact, I would suggest leaving the neck alone and selecting just the face for the adjustment.
