So i dont know how to fix her eye the color seems fine everywhere else but that eyelash part. i tried to edit that part with color in Photoshop and it didn't work, so now im stuck i just want to know how i make the "eyeshadow" show under the eyelash. OH ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX SHAKY SKIRTS? i tried everything i know

the eyelash is a different material (usually 'face01')
so if you're just changing the texture of face00, that's why
...otherwise idk
same goes for her eye colour, it's a different material - you'll have to change different textures to see what's where
