Description my body.

You know, I really love the shape of my body. It reminds me of the 'hourglass' bodyshape which I really really love. 
But I wish my legs were thinner, my stomach flat and my arms thinner too. Everything should be more toned. Actually I'm working on losing weight - more worse than good, haha - and my first goal are 8kg/18lbs to lose. After all, I lost 17kg/38lbs with time one and a half year I think. 

Does anyone have some good workout-tips to make at home? Can't go to a fitness center, I want so badly, haha. 
Dunno, why I'm telling you this, but I'm bored so yeah.

Use your stairs as a mini-stair master.  Also, a mat and a sofa gives you plenty of sit-up material to work with.  Finally, two 10 pound weights - low weight/high reps tones without overloading.

I personally think your body looks lovely.

However, there are a lot of places you can look online for tummy-toning tricks as well as some other exercises.

dass du abgenommen hast sieht man .. auch dein gesicht ist schmaler
aber übertreibs nicht, du hast so schöne natürliche rundungen die sollten nicht alle verloren gehen ...

Hab nicht vor es zu übertreiben, will nur runter auf 65 Kilo (bei einer Größe von 1,59 schon schön weiblich
Aber freut mich, dass man das sieht, ich seh's nämlich überhaupt nicht, haha.

von manchen menschen kann gar nicht genug da sein
dass du es selber nicht so merkst ist ganz normal ... du siehst dich ja jeden tag, aber wenn man dich ein paar wochen nicht sieht merkt man die veränderung, sieh dir doch einfach ein paar ältere bilder an von dir

Hey dear best way to loose weight and tone up is to put more muscle on it sounds weird I know but what actually happens is everything in your body runs off fuel (ATP) as an energy source and if we break that down further in your muscles there filled with little muscle fibbers that burn through the energy so, when you do work outs muscle wise which could be body squats, push ups, triceps push downs etc your body will start creating more muscle fibbers for those muscles (compound workouts are the best way to go) then when you do your cardio like 1hour walks and stuff or swimming your body will burn through 2 to 3 or 4 times as much energy then it would if you just focused on cardio:3 I hope this helps, if you have any questions or need any advice just note me dear I'd be more than happy to help:3 p.s. Yo tambien I need to lose weight and get fit. The important thing is to walk every day 45-60 min. fast and drink lots of water.
I have to tell you that you have a fantastic body !!! I really like it

Drinking a lot of water is hard work for me, but I'm working on it (for me it's a lot when I reach 1,5 liter haha)
