the biggest propblem with this in lore is that the scream banshees normally use is psycic and dark eldar dont like psycic stuff. this chould be solve by saying that the dark eldar banshee mask creates a loud dissnonat sound that revreberates through bone

Yes, it is the Striking Scorpions Phoenix Lord, Ahrha, who went missing or is said to have died after his "corruption". It is rumored that he now is Drazhar, the master of blades and so-called "Executioner", the highest ranking member of the Incubi, who strolls into the hidden temple of Ahrha from time to time to cull the Incubus-Hierarchs, if he founds them wanting.
