An interesting idea; it made me think of things like Saw and Virtues Last Reward (a video game with a similar premise). However, your piece would greatly benefit with more attention paid to rhythm and flow. A couple of your stanzas have rhythm within those specific stanzas, but as a whole the piece does not flow together coherently - it reads in a disjointed manner.
