That thing about the cigarettes is called a slippery slope fallacy, people don't switch from viewing fictional drawings of underage girls to preying on real children like they increase the number of cigarettes they smoke or bottles of beer they drink.
It also isn't child porn because it does not involve children, think about it, it's a bunch of lines, nothing more, only the brain makes you even recognize a person in a picture.

Well, I think, on some level, shota and lolicon is pedophilia. It's a lot better than actual child pornography and it doesn't actual hurt anyone, which is great, but it still disgusts me.

As great as it would be if we could eradicate pedophilia, I'm pretty sure it's a psychological condition that can't really be helped besides with unusually strong will and heavy, heavy medication (and maybe a lobotomy).
On the other hand, you can be anti-child molestation or anti-child pornography, as pedophiles can also be (by the same principle that most people in the world don't rape every person they find attractive).

Actually a lobotomy wouldn't really help, it'd just make a new problem because a lobotomy patient is pretty much dependent on their care takers and thus tax payer money. And I am, obviously, anti-child molestation, pornography, ect. I'm not really sure I get your comment.
