Another contest entry *gasp*This time for BalloonPrincess's Villain(ess) contest
I chose The Penguin from the Batman universe mainly because Kirby looks so cute in a top hat ^_^
I at least hope that BP likes it and finds it funny although I make no assumptions that I'm going to win
Kinda made a mess of the pencil line rubbing out... think I need a new rubber -_-
